How long will it take for my jewels to be created, packaged and delivered to me? Our desired goal is to get you your new pieces within 5-7 business days. However, sometimes things get a little hectic and hot + bothered in the studio. Due to each item being diligently hand-crafted and eco-consciously shipped, we have guesstimated a complete time-frame of 1-2 weeks for you to receive your order(s). Currently, during COVID-19, orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you. ||| Business days include M-F, and exclude holidays. Please note that all items are made-to-order and will be shipped post completion date of the piece.
How will I know that my jewels shipped and are on their way to me? You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you signed up with, which will include a tracking number for you to see where your package is! Please be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes the email places itself there.
How will I receive my order(s) in the mailbox? We ship all orders inside of 100% eco-conscious bubble mailers, and/or recycled cardboard boxes. All items are packed for safe travel, and should arrive to you in their utmost condition! *If they ever arrive a little bruised or battered, please contact us within 7 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I request a quicker shipping window? Yes! We understand that sometimes you're ordering for your bestie, family member or that special event you're headed to next weekend. Please email us in a timely manner, and we will always try our hardest to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability!
I never received my order and tracking says it was delivered. What do I do now? Please contact us via email and we will distinguish a plan on a case-by-case basis. While in-transit operations are out of our control... we, without fail, want you to receive the jewels that we promised you!
