The Pink "gems" are Pink Tourmaline colored glass and represent love, compassion, and joy. 

Sugar High Gold Lariat Necklace is crafted with a Pink Glass gem and drop on a high quality 14k Goldfilled chain. 1.75" Lariat drop on a 16" Necklace and 2" Extender.
